Endangered Saiyans

Part 2

The sky was still dark, the land was light by the horizons, showing the way for two small figures that flew across the sky.

"Trunks!" Goten whined to his best friend, trying futily to keep his unruly dark hair out of his eyes.

"What?" Trunks called back, a good legue ahead of Goten.

"Why are you going so fast? You didn't even tell me where we were going!" Goten whined. He had been outside raking (as his mother had told him to do) when Trunks had flown by and nearly kidnapped him, dragging him off the ground and into the air before he could even protest. It didn't take Trunks much time to convince Goten to come along, however, and soon Goten was folowing Trunks wherever he was off to.

"See the dark sky?" Trunks asked, gesturing to the obviously dark sky.

"Yeah," Goten said back, flying up along side Trunks to hear him better.

"Look carefully at the weather, and tell me whats happening," Trunks said patiently.

"Well..."Goten said thoughtfully, "Let's see. Dark sky.....lightning.....wind....wait a minute! I got it! Someone called Shenlong!"

"That's right, and that also means that there is a wish to be made," Trunks made a wicked grin, "If we hurry, that wish could be ours!"

"Hay! Yeah!" Goten cheered, then became dramatically thoughtful, "What will we wish for?"

"Uhhh," Trunks hadn't really thought that far into the plan, "We'll...just have to wait and see. Kay?"

"Kay!" Goten said, giving a smile only he and his father could manage, and the two little half Saiyans picked up the pace a bit.

Turles, Nappa, and Radditz, after feeding on one of the newly resurrected, once extinct animals, had sat down to decide what exactly to do next.

"This is Earth, right?" Nappa said.

"No," Radditz said sarcastically, "It's Vegitasie, can't you tell?"

"Watch it, weakling..." Nappa attempted a threat.

"Shut up, both of you," Turles ordered, and the two fell silent, they had fallen into the habit of following Turles's orders from the begining, due to his superior power. And what power it was, indeed! They had checked their scouters on eachother, to see what sort of a power increase they had gained from being brought back from the dead.

Radditz had gotten himself a power level of 3,500.

Nappa had gained a power level of 8,300, very impressive.

But Turles! Turles had gained a powerlevel of 403,600! Nappa and Raddits were both spellbound at the size of Turles's chi, and, though they didn't say anything outloud, the two weaker Saiyans thought that perhaps a Super Saiyan had emerged at last.

"As Nappa has said, this is Earth," Turles said, giving Radditz a look to hold back the sarcastic remark that was on the tip of his lips, "And that means that this is where Kakarot is. We could hunt him down for sport. All three of us together would be more than enough to destroy the likes of him. We just have to be careful to kill him, and not to give him any time to charge up a bigger attack. It was when I did that that he was able to form a stronger chi blast, which was what led to my not so permanant destruction."

"Right," Nappa agreed. He liked the thought of killing Kakarot.

"What about Kakarot's brat?" Radditz asked, thinking to the chain of events that had ended up getting him killed.

"The kid we are thinking of is gone now," Turles said, thinking, "We have been dead for years, and that kid has probably grown up to be just as strong as his daddy. He will have to be killed, too. He will be against us, and will fight by his father's side with his last dying breath. Heh, that last breath will be heard by our ears alone."

The two other Saiyans smiled, letting their twisted imaginations run rampant.

Trunks and Goten were sorely dissapointed when the sky became light again. This signified that the wish had already been granted. The two little half Saiyans didn't stop on their quest, though. The wish was gone, but neither Trunks, nor Goten could think of anything to wish for, any ways. Their curiosity was their main reason to take this little side trip, and their second reason was that neither was looking forward to going home. They had both pretty much dissappeared from their designated homes without a moment's notice, and their mothers would surely be mad.

As the two flew, they began to notice a chi, no three chi's, that were stronger than the average Earthling. They exchanged glances, and it was wordlessly agreed that they check it out. Each was trying to imagine what those strange powers belonged to, but the chi's didn't feel familiar at all.

As they flew over a mountain, they could see three pretty large figures sitting on the ground near the place where the boys were sure the Dragon had been summoned from. Both of them gasped as they got closer, and noticed some familiar, yet strange features.

Beep.

Beep.

Beep.

The Saiyans scouters sounded off, one by one, informing their wearers of two power levels coming in fast.

"Tulres!" Nappa said, jumping to his feet and looking toward the direction the Scouter was pointing to, "There are two people heading this way, each has an energy level of 52,000!"

"I'm wearing a scouter, too, idiot," Turles said, also looking in the direction indicated by their scouters.

"Is THAT Kakarot?" Radditz asked, looking a bit stunned, "How could he raise THAT high of a power!? It's just not possible with the low power he was born with! And who would the other person that strong be?"

"Whoever they are, don't underestimate them. The people on this planet seem to be able raise their power and lower it at will," Turles said, never taking his eyes from a certain spot in the sky.

"I hear ya!" Radditz said, remembering all he had learned while fighting here.

"Yeah!" Nappa said, insanely happy just at the prospect of being able to fight again.

With a second wave of beeps from their scouters, two small figures came into veiw, and they were indeed moving very fast.

"That....can't be Kakarot, can it....?" Radditz asked.

Then the two small figures were right above Nappa, Turles and Radditz.

They touched down, and the two groups, one pure Saiyan, the other half- Saiyan stared at each other in wonder.
